    We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! Cleanliness was impeccable, from the brand new rooms to the pristine carpeting throughout the property. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a refreshing pool and a convenient 11:00 checkout time. The location between the porte-cochere and the actual entry door made it easy for us to find our way around, especially since we were new to this city. Plus, being close to a great breakfast place and restaurants for other meals was a huge convenience. Not to mention, the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, from assisting us in finding our room to printing our boarding pass when the safari was inoperable. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!

    Very good and big swimming pools, bar and swimming pool in front of the waterfront (you can see the sea in the distance), spacious room (2 beds + extra for a 12 year old girl) and comfortable space. Large gardens and lagoons that give the spacious hotel its charm. You only pay for the hotel and you are not forced to pay for the all inclusive. You always have very good options at 7-10 minutes walking by the beach, both exquisite Thai and European food.

    In sectors of a pool you could smell the sewer every day, the door plate failed three times and on one occasion it left us outside for several hours and there was no sign of any deference such as offering to change parts or any details. Watch out for the approaching trolley to the main entrance which is delayed or full and which is required when you hire tours or the taxi to the airport. Prices of food/drinks are relatively expensive for the sector, but of good quality.

    Comfortable room, pleasant atmosphere, excellent amenities, especially the outdoor swimming pool and kids club, contributed to a relaxing stay, with easy access to the beach, making it perfect for a short getaway.

    Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

    Our stay was very comfortable, staff are attentive and facilities great! Location is amazing too - only a short walk to a beautiful beach! I liked how the resort was guarded and parts were separated to suit couples and families! We initially didn't have breakfast included but the check in staff upgraded us!!!

    Family with children will love it here

    Had a really good breakfast that my kids just devoured, they couldn't get enough of the pancakes and fruits,, we even ordered extra to take back to our rooms! The staff were super friendly and, even giving them little treats during meals.

    It wasn't exactly inexpensive,, but for the experiences we had, it seemed fair.

    The kids loved the two-level water slide and the kids club was a hit. We enjoyed the Sunday family brunch, where there was food for every taste. Our non-service dog was allowed, a huge plus.

    My kids wished there were more dining options for families.
